China And Tibet, Summer 1999

I spent the Summer of 1999 in China and Tibet. Most of my time was spent in Xindu near Chengdu in the Sichuan province where two of my friends and I taught computers and internet at a local high school. After we were done with the course, I took some time off to travel to Tibet.

I kept a journal throughout the trip. As usual, I was also taking quite a lot of pictures. Some of them are available here. I didvided them into three albums:

• Pictures taken at Xindu Yi Zhong -- the school where we taught
• Other pictures from Sichuan
• Pictures from Tibet
• I really did go there -- a few pictures of me in Tibet taken by Grace Guo.
